Greg Korn was born in New York City in 1976, and is a fourth-generation New Yorker. He is dedicated to studying and improving the built environment of New York and New Jersey. This densely populated region of the country was once known as "New Netherland," and was named after another densely populated country in the world. Since opening his first New York office at 80 Maiden Lane in 2008, Greg has provided architectural services on over 50 projects in New York and New Jersey. Prior to establishing his practice, Greg worked at recognized New York Architecture firms including Andrew Fredman Architect, WPG Design Group, Janson Design Group, and Rafael Vinoly Architects. Some of his notable projects include a new 9,000 sf mixed use retail/residential building in Williamsburg, approved by DOB in 2017 and currently in construction, and the recently completed full facade renovation of a 20 story coop apartment building in the Upper East Side.  Greg has also completed numerous office, retail, and industrial tenant improvement and alteration projects throughout the region. Greg has been a registered architect in New York since 2007 and New Jersey since 2011.
